These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Jector AI website and our AI-powered SaaS solution, including any associated features and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.
Use of the Services
2.1 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
2.2 Account Registration: To access certain features of the Services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

3.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Services, including all software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Jector AI or our licensors. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Services.
3.2 User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Jector AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Services.
Fees and Payment
4.1 Fees: Some features of the Services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
4.2 Payment Information: You must provide valid payment information to use paid features of the Services. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
4.3 Refunds: Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
Termination
5.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [Your Contact Email].
5.2 Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the Services may harm Jector AI or others.
5.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8 of these Terms will survive termination.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1 Disclaimers: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jector AI and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (d) any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful elements transmitted through the Services; or (e) any matters beyond our reasonable control.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jector AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in South Korea, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts belonging to Jector AI.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
